Bu Gizlilik Politikası, BuzzSpire tarafından geliştirilen SubPilot uygulamasının kişisel verilerinizi nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Toplanan Veriler
1.1 Cihazda Saklanan Veriler (Yerel Depolama)
SubPilot, girdiğiniz tüm abonelik bilgilerini (hizmet adı, açıklama, kategori, tutar, para birimi, faturalama döngüsü, tarihler, notlar vb.) yalnızca cihazınızda SQLite veritabanında saklar. Bu veriler herhangi bir sunucuya gönderilmez.
1.2 Uygulama İçi Satın Alma
Premium abonelik satın alımları Google Play veya App Store'un kendi ödeme altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleşir. Ödeme bilgileriniz BuzzSpire tarafından işlenmez veya saklanmaz. Satın alma doğrulama bilgileri (satın alma durumu) yalnızca cihazınızda tutulur.
1.3 Bildirimler
Yenileme hatırlatmaları için yerel bildirimler kullanılmaktadır. Bildirim izni yalnızca size hatırlatma göndermek amacıyla talep edilir; bildirim içerikleri sunucularımıza iletilmez.
1.4 Reklam (Google AdMob)
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklam ağı kullanılmaktadır. AdMob; reklam kişiselleştirmesi amacıyla reklam tanımlayıcısı (Advertising ID), yaklaşık konum ve cihaz bilgileri gibi verileri toplayabilir. Bu veri toplama Google'ın kendi Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır. Premium kullanıcılarda reklamlar gösterilmez.
2. Verilerin Kullanımı
- Aboneliklerinizi takip etmek ve yönetmek
- Faturalama tarihi hatırlatmaları göndermek
- Toplam harcama analizleri sunmak
- Uygulama deneyimini kişiselleştirmek (döviz, dil tercihi)
3. Veri Paylaşımı
BuzzSpire; abonelik verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz, satmaz veya kiralamaz. Üçüncü taraf etkileşimi yalnızca aşağıdakilerle sınırlıdır:
- Google AdMob – reklam gösterimi (yalnızca ücretsiz sürüm)
- Google Play / Apple App Store – uygulama içi satın alma doğrulama
4. Veri Güvenliği
Tüm uygulama verileri cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (SQLite) tutulur. Herhangi bir ağ aktarımı yapılmaz. Cihazınızın güvenliği verilerinizin güvenliğini doğrudan etkiler; bu nedenle ekran kilidi ve güncel işletim sistemi kullanmanızı öneririz.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği
SubPilot, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve kasıtlı olarak bu yaş grubundan kişisel veri toplamaz.
6. Haklarınız
Verileriniz cihazınızda depolandığından, uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm yerel verileri tamamen silebilirsiniz. Herhangi bir sorunuz için aşağıdaki iletişim adresimize ulaşabilirsiniz.
7. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politikada yapılacak değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanacaktır. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama güncellemeleri aracılığıyla da duyurulabilir.

This Privacy Policy describes how BuzzSpire collects, uses, and protects your information through the SubPilot application. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Locally Stored Data (On-Device)
SubPilot stores all subscription data you enter (service name, description, category, amount, currency, billing cycle, dates, notes, etc.) exclusively in a local SQLite database on your device. This data is never transmitted to any server.
1.2 In-App Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the App Store's own payment infrastructure. BuzzSpire does not process or store your payment information. Purchase status is kept locally on your device only.
1.3 Notifications
Local push notifications are used to send renewal reminders. Notification permission is requested solely to deliver these reminders; notification content is never transmitted to our servers.
1.4 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version uses Google AdMob for advertising. AdMob may collect data such as advertising ID, approximate location, and device information for ad personalization. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Ads are not shown to premium users.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To track and manage your subscriptions
- To send billing date reminders
- To provide spending analytics
- To personalize the app experience (currency, language preferences)
3. Data Sharing
BuzzSpire does not share, sell, or rent your subscription data to third parties. Third-party interactions are limited to:
- Google AdMob – ad delivery (free version only)
- Google Play / Apple App Store – in-app purchase validation
4. Data Security
All app data is stored in your device's local storage (SQLite). No network transmission occurs. The security of your device directly affects the security of your data; we recommend using a screen lock and keeping your OS updated.
5. Children's Privacy
SubPilot is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
6. Your Rights
Since your data is stored on your device, you can delete all local data completely by uninstalling the app. For any questions, please contact us at the address below.
7. Policy Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Significant changes may also be announced through app updates.
